Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Scent Concept. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
- We know that your order arriving on time is essential to you! The total shipping time will be the Processing time + Delivery time.
- Once you have placed an order, this cannot be canceled at any stage. The contract is completed on receipt of the order.
- Products will be dispatched within 24-48 hours upon receiving the confirmation email.
- The estimated date for delivery of the products is set out in the confirmation email. This date is an estimate only, and we do not guarantee to deliver the products on that date.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Standard delivery (3-5 working days) is free with a minimum spend of S$50.
- As every order is unique, shipping costs vary depending on the chosen delivery method, weight, and destination of your order. The best way to get the information about the delivery price is to add the product(s) you want to purchase to the bag and proceed to checkout. Here, choosing the delivery option and indicating your address, the delivery price will be automatically updated and visible.
- Our Standard/Regular Delivery: 3-5 business days.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Scent Concept is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Return policy
We are always happy to process returns providing the request is genuine and for the right reason. As online sellers, we have to accept returns in line with consumer legislation.
Due to the nature of our product and the current pandemic, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at any of our platforms! We will try to work something out!
GENERAL RULE

Please note that our policies differ between products and that payment options may vary from one service to another. Please also note that we treat violations of our Terms and Conditions very seriously, and we have no obligation to offer refunds to users who violate these terms, even if their requests are made within the designated refund period. You must meet the following criteria for a refund.
WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS UNDER THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES
- You change your mind
- You choose not to use our product
- You find that our product does not suit your needs
- The product does not meet your requirement
- You found a different substitute for the product
GENERAL RULE FOR RETURN
- This clause sets out the only circumstances in which we will accept returns or offer refunds for products. We will not accept returns or offer refunds for products unless they are faulty. For this purpose, the customer needs to notify us within 24-48 hours from the receipt of the products.
- Customers must provide proof of damage by use of photos and or video to be attached with their email. This will be subject to internal review before a replacement is made.
- We will then provide you with details of where to return the products and how to complete the returns process.
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Once approved, we will exchange the product and store credit will be given only. This process might take up to 3-5 business days.
- Shipping back of item is handled by the customer.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you have not received exchange or store credit yet, first check Store Credit. It may take some time before your exchange is officially posted.
- If you have done all the above and not received your exchange or store credit yet, please contact us through the contact us form.
